Cancer with Distant Metastases: The term, metastatic,
describes a cancer that has spread to distant organs from the
original tumor site. Oftentimes, we can argue for a quicker
decision in a Social Security Disability claim, due to the distant
metastasis that has occurred, rather than the claimant having to
"wait his turn." Basically, we may be able to jump you to the head
of the line.
Distant Metastasis, along with any major cancer such as Breast
Cancer. Thyroid Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Esophagal Cancer,
Intestinal Cancer, Brain Cancer and many other, may provide us
the opportunity, and rightly so, to jump you to the head of the line.
If you or a loved one are fighting a cancer you believe to involve
distant metastasis, please call me or fill out the disability
evaluation form on this site, for immediate assistance. I am glad
to help.
